Апартаменты с одной спальней на территории жк Образ жизни. Подходят для комфортного проживания 4х человек. Допускается проживание бесплатно только 1 ребенка до 2х лет без предоставления ему дополнительного спального места.

Отдельный въезд в жк, бесплатная парковка. Апартаменты расположены на 2м этаже, состоят из кухни-гостиной с диваном, спальни, совмещенного санузла, просторного балкона. Для комфортного проживания предусмотрены: кондиционер, wifi, smart tv, теплый пол в су, пмм, духовка, свч, холодильник, чайник, кофеварка nespresso, плита, фен и тд.
На территории жк также имеются детская и спортивная площадка, прогулочная зона вдоль реки. Рядом находится курорт Охта Парк, конный клуб Дерби и Зубровник.

Заезд с 18. 00-21. 00, выезд с 10. 00-15. 00
При заселении необходимо перевести депозит в размере 10 тыс руб на карту. Депозит будет возвращен после выезда и уборки.
А также потребуется предоставить оригиналы документов всех отдыхающих, и сообщить рег. номер авто для пропуска на кпп.
