Дорогие друзья, приглашаю в прекрасную, большую, тёплую квартиру в хорошем районе рядом с водоёмом. Ранее не сдавалась, сделана для себя.
Хорошая техника, посуда, удобные спальные места, большой холодильник, посудомоечная машина, микроволновая печь, кофеварка, мобильный кондиционер. Стиральная машина.
Лоджия, балкон.
Рядом с домом - пруд с рыбками и уточками. Рядом магазины пятёрочка, ароматный мир, табак, аптека, ермолино, мясо, овощи-фрукты, белорусские продукты.
Остановка - транспорт по всеволожску и до санкт -петербурга. 30 минут - и вы у метро ладожская.
Рядом большой современный парк песчанка и центральная районная больница.
