Заезд после 15: 00, выезд до 12: 00.
Баня оплачивается отдельно, 5000₽, на весь период проживания.
Баня расположена рядом с домом, рядом мангальная зона. Дрова в бане предоставляются без ограничений и доплат!

Дом имеет 2 изолированных спальни, большую гостиную, совмещенную с кухней.

На лестнице есть защита для детей (сетка).

Дом вмещает 12 человек. Разбираются диваны и кресло.
Предоставляются постельное бельё, полотенца, шампуни и гели для тела.
В доме есть вся необходимая техника: микроволновка, духовка, холодильник, плита, тостер, кофеварка, стиральная машинка, посудомоечная машина, wi-fi.
Вода — центральный водопровод, вода пригодна для готовки и питья.

Залог — стоимость суток.
Если вы оставили немытую посуду, шампуры — из депозита будет удержано 2000 ₽.
Из животных можно с собаками. Доплата за питомца — 3000₽
Использование конфетти под запретом (штраф 5000 ₽).
